THE Chiredzi Afro Hip Pop chanter based in South Africa has released a christmas album called ‘Ni Teka Swa Mina’.
Lady Maslin, a no shrinking violet when behind the micro phone is back with new musics. The song bird has chosen to deliver her piece on year-end to serve as a christmas present to fans and music disciples.
Speaking to this publication about her new album, Lady Maslin said ‘Ni Teka Swa Mina’ has been jam packed with five sticks-in-your-head songs, sprinkled with a bit of festive magic to move, inspire and intertain fans during the festive season.
‘Ni Teka Swa Mina’, literally means ‘l take my belongings’.This is her very best second album which depicts her high breed musical dexterity. The album might haul her to stardom if marketing would be executed effectively and efficiently.
Her first album ‘Pelandava’ was an appetiser. However it had media outlets tailing her for more details. She made a quick return with more musics because she was being bombarded with requests from fans who were gnashing for more.
Lady Maslin doesn’t sing for supper. She said singing is her calling and pursuing the word path of music makes her life a full circle. She doesn’t sing only but known for her flexi moves when it comes to dancing. She is regarded as a flying saucer in a Xitsonga dancing rope called ‘Xibelani’.
